Hotel Suraj Inn

Rooms are OK. Staff training is really poor. Personally, I didn't have an issue with the staff, but I could hear them screaming and fighting with customers ON a DAILY BASIS. They gave a very money oriented feeling rather than service oriented. It's also the first time I have ever seen a hotel that asks for full upfront payment before check-in with a non refundable deposit for bookings.

It's has home feeling very comfortable staff is very cooperative and food is very tasty rooms r very cozy and cool chef is very good and prepared as we require location in market near railway station foodbis affordable and I will recommend to all

Hotel is very nice and friendly and helpful ready to guide us anytime food ery tasty simple and home taste rooms are very cool due to tiles without AC also you feel cool inside

Truly a strange hotel and a strange set of staff. Firstly my booking was cancelled then I was asked to pay double and over that on the day of check-in I was told to check out at 7am on the day of check-out. Full of surprises and kept us wondering what next. Book this hotel if you are in for an unpleasant adventure.

The hotel is very greedy and unethical. I had booked with them, through a 3rd party aggregator app with 100% payment, 3 months advance of my travel. At the time of booking the hotel had issues with the rate and they sorted it out with the aggregator and had confirmed with me that the booking stands valid. At the day of my travel i again recalled to confirm, but they refused to adhere to the booking and were asking for 3 times the price i had paid for. I was traveling with my parents and a 3 year old son, not knowing where will i stay. These guys are greedy and can jeopardise your travel. Do not opt with them.

Decent economical hotel. Complimentary breakfast options may be improved. We preferred visiting Hotel Relief A/c hall near by for dinners. WiFi is fast for general browsing. Staff is friendly and service is good. Renovation in 3rd floor is in progress.

Clean rooms, good service and the girl at the reception was helpful in giving us local attractions/ markets to visit. Would recommend this place, as it isn’t too far from railway station ( maybe 10-15 mins walk). Keep up the cleanliness and good room service too.
