NIRAANT GROUP OF HOTTELS

I stayed here with my family for 3 days,the hotel is over rated. The room and the bed is so small that you don't have space to even walk in the room after they put an extra mattress. It's more of a couple hotel than a family hotel, you'll see them renting rooms on hourly basis so you know the vibe here. One cannot reduce the AC speed. We reached quiet late night so didn't have much of an option but to stay here. When we told them about the AC and TV issue they were ignorant at first and offered us a room change 12 hrs before our checkout time and at the top of that the manager added he won't charge us for room change😂😂. This hotel is a big NO if you are travelling with family.

DONT BOOK The worst hotel of surat, not at all good service. Pros: none Cons: 1. Some staff people are irresponsible and the manager is the worst of them. 2. Bathtub room is not worth it at all, water was leaking through glass window. 3. The door bell is more like a HELL BELL. 4. Light gets cut off just by using giger or extra electricity . 5. You can’t enjoy the bathtub with your partner. In short go for different hotel not this at all

Perfect place for even a day, week , month or year. Stayed few weeks and had amazing service , fabulous staff. Convenient location to visit all city sites. Couldn’t recommend any other option at this unbeatable price. Thank you Nirant group for giving me amazing experience in terms of stay for my vacation.

Disgusting Manager (old kaka) He dont have the courtesy to talk. I was about to call the police. Please don't go this hotel. Rather select other hotel.

Really it's very nice and safe hotel.. I really like the series and cleaning. It's luxurious hotel. I highly recommend. Thanks Niraant

Rooms were ok but service is really worst according to their rent per night. I would not recommend it.

I will stay last night in niraant group of hottels room service is excellent very clean rooms and staff is very good thank you niraant 👌
