Hotel Magnus Rooms surat

Rooms were below average. My room no 311, was having some dirty spots on the walls. There was a particular smoky smell. They are not providing any dental kits. The service by the hotel staff was good.

I am not happy of your service for customer, already I have paid Re.1333/- full payment by gpay to orderP14bZ1qAy9Rg6B (UPI transportation I'd:426817484391 dtd-24-9-24 at 10:12pm),but you should not pay to Hotel Magnus people ,so i have paid anthor payment(1333/-)to hotel Magnus people...and now this time you should not refund me... how is your management..?... please refund me either i will complain to consumer court..

I have booked room for my friend's first night, and what a decoration and what a good service they are providing, with clean rooms, proper service, good behaviour of staff and all, after management changed i think i can keep suggesting this hotel to everyone🏨 Very good keep it up

The most horrible stay till date... We had to checkout after an hrs going back n forth. The room that they showed on the website was different from actual given room at the time of check-in that too the given room was so tiny n without any ventilation, no windows, no exhaust, no room to put your foot down from the bed .. after complaining about the difference in website room n given room they asked to check-out n we so we did.. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. As no assistance will be provided. The staff is rude n bad in behaviour too.

Unhygienic hotel to be honest .... Washrooms r not clean bedsheets n blacker I found lipstick marks n all over price nothing provided by the hotel like toothbrush towel etc etc not even water no I stay there for 2 days no one came to room to asked for room cleaning n all pathetic experience also they charge me 600rs extra saying that u guys r couple n I leave in Maharashtra n she is from gujrat I was staying alone in the hotel she was just a visiter for 10 min still this people force me to pay extra money no receipt has given all gone in he is pocket I will never recommend this hotel to anyone it was 1st time in Surat n this is what my experience

This is the worst hotel ..never recommend to any one ..in breakfast they give 1Vadapav n taste less tea..they denied to check in at 3:00am to guest and after explaining that we had booking they ask for extra money as they have rooms not available..The reception person is highly Drunk and can't even stand properly..it's a very bad hotel..not recommended at any cost ...

Irresponsible people. Liars. For local guests this may be a good option, but if you are a tourist from abroad - stay away from here! We booked a night here, paid online with Agoda. Received confirmation from the hotel. But when we checked in, when we were tired, we drove to them for almost two hours by taxi from the station, we were refused! We were not allowed in, saying that only local residents were accepted. OK! We lost time and money on a taxi. But now they have to refund us the full amount, as it is their fault that we did not check in (they do not have any information about local guests online!). They haven't returned the money yet...

Pathetic, that’s all i can say. Manager eating gutkha, rooms are not clean, luggage has to be carried out by guests. Bathroom is without toiletries. Not worth of Rs.500 but i have paid Rs.3700/- Zero star from my side. Stay at your own risk.
