Hotel Grand View

It’s a big scam. We booked the room online through Agoda & the there was no online payment option. The only option was to pay at property. When we reached at the property & showed the booking voucher, the manager said he can’t see the booking id & asked us to contact customer care. After contacting the Customer care, the manager & owner said he can’t give the room at the amount at which we have booked. & he asked for double the amount! We even reached out to Agoda customer care but even they didn’t help us in this matter & cancelled our booking.

First time experience on Oyo turned out to be a complete scam. Failed to honour price at time of booking. When turned up at premise, was asked to pay more than twice the booking fee. Had to drive back 3 hours because I did not want to promote unfairness.

No chairs in the room for guests/visitors. No hot water in the bathroom. If you ask the management, their answer is, "It is new hotel so chairs are not ordered nor hot water heater is working in the bathroom."!!! I am surprised by the reply. Anyway, I never trust OYO brand hotels. OYO just gives the name without any checking. OYO is just looking to add more names in the hotels list and add more rooms. I feel being cheated

The location is into very much interior s difficult to get autoricshaw and bus to commute. Staff should be more aware abt the information for transportation which will be helpful to guest.
