Check out time : 12 pm Payment mode : Cash, Card and UPI available The la Catadel hotel , is located into the city center. Just 5 km away from old Surat. As It's located into the shopping mall, you will find everything near to the hotel, restaurant, shopping shops, ice cream parlour, fast food , everything.... The hotel is having neat n clean AC rooms. Everyday they will clean the rooms. For family it's the best location , as food restaurant are just walkable distance , plus you can travel anywhere from here as rikshwa stop is just below the Hotel. There room service is also good. Hotel staff is very helpful, specially the lady on the counter is very very polite and helpful in all matters. What I like the most about the hotel is , cleanliness and staff behaviour.... The only thing I feel costly is there room (food) service. If you order something from there menu then it's little costly then normal price. Overall it was a good experience.. It's a decent hotel for families, friends, business, solo or couples.. The rooms are well maintained.. It's located in a shopping centre.. They do not have much in-house food options. Only snacks are available.. But one can surely order online.. There was some issue with the AC.. Even the AC was on but there was no cooling in my entire stay. Rest everything was fine.

Very unhygienic place to stay, the quality of rooms were not good at all. We (family with kid) selected after seeing good reviews on web and planned to spend night at this place. During my sleep, I felt something crawling something on my face, and guess what, it was a cockroach, We lit up the room immediately and found cockroach all over the room, on the bed, table, our luggage, bathroom. The hotel staff did not have any answer for this, they were speechless and had only one work to say in repeat mode and that is SORRY. But that sorry does not change anything. We had to check out at at mid night, 3:30 AM with hash asleep kid. It was such a pathetic experience. Upon asking for refund, the hotel person denied it and started giving very unprofessional statements, like I stayed in room for 5 hours and used electricity and water. Such a shame. I also feel that the positive reviews on web are also fake. Stay at this place at your risk.

Excellent hotel in low budget.Very nice room, location and staff too. One of my favourite hotels I have stayed in this hotel a total of 7 times and every time it has been a very excellent experience. Rating is 5/5 every stay. Must visit

We had booked 5 rooms for our 12 guests and Mr Raj , Ms Jyoti , Ms Anu & Mr Hardik were so much cooperative and tkn care of cleaness and sanitation . Overall support was very nice of Mr Raj so Thanks a lot to him .

Worst support from staffs, asked for cleaning service in my room for more than 3 times, but the ignored it again and again, after saying, yes we are sending it sir. I won’t recommend this hotel.
