Flagship Hotel Shree Palace

Everything about this hotel was bad. The location of the hotel is hard to find and the access to the hotel itself is not well sign posted. The building is run down and not maintained at all. When I got to the reception, they didn't accept my booking.com reservation. They said they have not taken online bookings for 3 months. There were rooms available and when they showed it to us they did not look anything like the photos online. Misleading! The rooms are small, smelly, and windowless. The fan/ac unit is loud. We agreed to stay one night because we arrived late.... only to be told that each guest needed to provide an Aadhaar card! We were clearly foreigners from the second we walked in but they let is carry on and see the rooms, start to bring luggage up etc, before telling us they couldn't actually accept us. An absolute nightmare! The hotel and area in general looks like it rents the room by the hour. No offence to other guests who have stayed and enjoyed it. PLEASE AVOID

Super Bad experience. NO FOREIGNER ALLOW. Manager is little good but not Supported me due to their restrictions. Rubbish is OYO support.
