Hotel Bawa Inn

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The accommodations were delightful, impeccably clean, and inviting. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist us. Our room was both modern and spotless. From the moment we checked in to the stylish and appealing elevator ride to our room, this experience has truly been remarkable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bawa Inn in Surat, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was nothing short of amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The comfort of the bed and the overall ambiance of the hotel created a relaxing environment for a peaceful stay. Hotel is new and nice but pathetic breakfast served !!!!!!! This Hotel is newly built and located near market area in the old city side of Surat. The location is not very good and it is far away from airport.  It is inside the old markets of Surat and it is very difficult for a sedan car to reach at the location during evening to midnight. The market is so crowdy that it is  will take a lot of time for a cab to reach at the location. Pros: The hotel is newly built with good room facilities and provides you a feel of 3-star hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. The bed, pillows and quilt were neat and clean. There is a good amount of space in room with TV and everything working. The hotel staff and manager will talk to you politely but they were cunning also as they avoided the breakfast issue totally. Overall it was a good stay except breakfast and hence I have been overcharged. Cons: 1.  The breakfast provided at the hotel was pathetic. They showed that there will be a buffet in the photos. However when you ask for breakfast, they will provide you with oily puri and potato sabji only. you only have bread butter or omelet (for non veg) as an option.  A street side vendor will provide a better breakfast than this hotel.  There was no corn flakes etc which was shown in photos. The taste of coffee was third class. I was really disappointed with the breakfast as I have paid a very high amount for the same. I thought since the hotel is new and looks good, it will provide good breakfast but it was pathetic. 2. The drainage in the bathroom is not good and there is a water logging when you bath. 3. You can't change room temperature on you own and  AC is set at 24`C. 4. The location is inside old market. 5. price is little bit high for this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for your stay but don't book breakfast or any food service at this hotel. And you will surely face water logging at this hotel.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel. The service too is great. Very helpful staff and immediate services they provide. Very content and happy with the overall experience. Clean rooms. Qibla direction already given. If in surat stay here.

The staff Hotel Bawa Inn is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Service is excellent, impeccable & outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located at chowk bazar. The Hotel has a nice design, a calm and peaceful environment and beautiful atmosphere. The owner is very friendly, he tries his best to keep the customer satisfied. Do visit. Highly recommended.

Excellent property fully enjoyed their facilities and food are Excellent, and the staff is very polite ,providing prompt service. the Resort is also very clean and hygienic,with remarkable amenities . I would definitely recommend this Resort
