Central Beacon Hotel, Surat

Have come to hotel for business. Hotel location is good, near railway station, early accessible to diamond market. Staff is also curtius. Hotel is neat and clean. They also have banquet hall, it's a fern group hotel. Food is also good. Would like to stay next time as well.

Cleanliness is certainly a matter of concern in this branch (Surat Branch). The room had cobwebs and the bathroom seat cover was broken when we checked in, which goes to show that it wasn't checked by the supervisor before it was allotted to their customer. The staff is very courteous but lack professionalism. I called up and requested for an iron and iron stand at 11pm. I got a very surprising answer from the other end...."I don't know in which room the iron board is kept...the day staff did not inform me." The person whom I spoke to was very polite, that is the reason why I did not argue much. The breakfast served in the morning was amazing. But again cleanliness was a major concern. The dishes were mostly chipped from the corners and the tea cups all stained. The presentation ruined the entire meal. Infact we had ordered a few meals and tea at our room....the tray that he got it in was not washed or wiped.... I don't know since how many days and the dishes that he got our meal in were all chipped off from the sides.

The rooms are clean and the bed covers are clean too. Location is about 50 steps near the railway station. I had the breakfast here. It was delicious and the staff serving was also very courteous. Overall a pretty hotel to stay in.

Good location just opposite to Surat Railway station. U took deluxe room, room was Decent rooms, ok for family for 1-2 night stay.

The hotels is decently spacious. The food is great as well. Very hospitable people. They will help you with all the amenities. Some of them are delivered when asked for. It is super close to the railway & st station. The area is filled with people a good food, hence can get noisy too. It is a safe place.

Good Hotel to stay near to Surat Railway station and Central Bus stand. Good breakfast. Supportive staff.

Executive rooms are so small as compare to other hotels that can improve.
