Nonexistent Hotel - Beware of Booking Scam! I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this so-called hotel booked through OYO Rooms, and I feel obligated to warn others about this nightmarish ordeal. I made a reservation, paid the booking charges, and eagerly arrived at the location provided, only to find that the hotel simply did not exist! The situation quickly escalated into a critical and distressing predicament, leaving us stranded in an unfamiliar place at 10 pm in the night. From the moment we realized the hotel was nowhere to be found, panic and frustration set in. We approached locals in the area to seek assistance, only to have them confirm our worst fears - this hotel was a complete fabrication. It was as if the hotel's existence was conjured out of thin air, leaving us without a place to stay, feeling deceived and utterly helpless. This egregious act of deception and misrepresentation is inexcusable. I trusted OYO Rooms as a reputable platform, assuming that the hotels listed would be legitimate and reliable. However, this incident has shattered that trust completely. How can a company endorse such fraudulent practices and not take responsibility for the inconvenience and distress caused to its customers? The lack of accountability and empathy displayed by both OYO Rooms and this imaginary hotel is appalling. No one reached out to inform us of the cancellation or offer any assistance when we were stranded. It is clear that they have little regard for the well-being and safety of their customers. My rating for this non-existent hotel and OYO Rooms is unequivocally one star - the lowest rating possible.
