Polite manager, clean and decent rooms. Room service & cleanliness was fantastic . Breakfast options were limited but good. Hotel is at walkable distance from Market area and is easily findable.

Room was smelling like a a sewer. Probably the smell from the washroom pipes and mold in the washroom. I had no choice but to stay there but I would never recommend anyone. Also the staff were ignorant to help. Breakfast was included but I never tried seeing the quality of the hotel

The rooms alloted had no windows for natural sunlight and ventilation. We asked them to allot us another roomThe bed sheets and pillow covers did not look fresh and we asked them to change them. There was no tea/coffee available. Basic kettle and tea bags should be provided in the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was not buffet breakfast. We had to literally ask them again and again to provide us with breakfast( which was supposed to be complimentary).They finally gave that around 9:15 am.Bathroom mug and bucket were not clean and there was no toilet roll.Treebo needs to check and get the basic things in this hotel.
