NillThey call this a 3 star hotel but there's nothing like a 3 star hotel, a 3 star hotel's staff communicates and has knowledge about their own services. 3 star hotels usually provide toileteries, shaving kit, dental kit and comb however this hotel only provides a soap and all other things are chargeable. So 2 stars for this 3 star hotel

NillExcellent hotel to stay. As i was here for business trip so had a good experience. Rooms are mice & clean. Breakfast was also good & also it is located in posh area of Surat so overall satisfied. Staff is also very good specially Mr Shubham Wankhede who is at reception desk. He was very helpful.
