Townhouse 714 Park Celebration

Stayed two nights and one day in this hotel with my fiance. I have to admit that room service is not good. Food is worst. Never order from them. Called three times for room cleaning but it seems they are not interested for cleaning. No hot shower. Toilet stinks so badly. You don't feel safe tho. TV is not working. Overall impression is complied with not recommending to stay in this hotel.

Hotel staff very rude and unwelcoming. Felt like I was staying in some boys hostel with warden. Absolutely don't care for their customers, all they care is couples who need the room for an hour or two. Very bad room service. You need to literally go down to the reception for service. Reception phone never works after 8 pm. No food, no tea or no coffee available.

Good property but service was not good the comforter were not clean requested for change but again got the dirty one. Maintaining a property is very important thing when you are in hospitality business. They also don't provide single water bottle free of cost.

Poor customer desk service. Poor room management. At first the room door was not opening at all, then we need to go to down to check. Then they change the room. In another room bad sheet was having blood. No toliteries provided in the room. AC remote was not available. Basically you need to ask for each and every thing. Rooms ar okay but too old, you can find lot of rust.

The OYO 78414 Collection O Anant Celebration had a large space. There is only a single drawback about this Hotel, If you book this hotel below Rs.1200/night, They will not allow you to check-in and argue for more money. People on Reception desk at night are not welcoming and you have to go alone to the room with your luggage. I found blood spots on the quilt I got. I stayed for just 6 hrs so I didn't complain because even if you do, no one will bother.

Rooms, bathrooms were smelly, dirty. Towels were not clean and torn. Attitude of the staff was very bad ..not at all cooperative or helping..no room service available.. even for water you have to go and get it.. luggage - you are own your own.. will not recommend anyone

Room was dirty. No hot water. Nil / very poor response from staff. TV not working. No use even after complaining to OYO. Had to take cold water bath inspite of telling them I have fever. Clear NO interms of any recommendation.

Pathetic hotel. They provide you with worn out and torn towels. Washrooms stink of cigerette smell. If you opt for breakfast, their restaurant will give you only aaloo paratha and no tea or coffee. They do not allow outside food but provide menu cards of two nearby restaurants and those too offer pathetic food.
