Hotel manager was worst. and fan was sounding to loud hot water was not ablable for Oyo booking ,and when reached the he waited me 1 hour at reception very worst man I sawd and see previous review also

Worst experience with OYO as when we reached at hotel they asked extra amount. We were on call with OYO customer care about 1hr and then we got the check Inn to the rooms. Dont book any hotel with OYO, they confirm you on your booking but hotel room are not booked. Around 2:30AM one couple / Family came at hotel as they did online booking few days ago which was paid in advanced to OYO and confirmed as well. But when they reached at 2:30AM at hotel.. Receptionist told that they dont have rooms available for them. They argued with hotel owner and OYO customer care about 1hr but no use and they have to go for another hotel... All this conversation clearly audible in our room. Put yourself in that situation and imagine. Another part is they gave one room to 4-5 boys which are quite young but very pathetic. It looks like they are their regular customers from nearby area. The worst part is they are abusing each other till 1:30PM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR COUPLE OR FAMILY..... Receptionist: He was very rude and helpless fellow... No point to argue with him... The worst part of stay... No manners how to talk to customers Rooms: not much clean. Cigarette smoke was everywhere in room. Includes AC, Fan and Geaser. Betsheet was not clean. No TV. Service: They just dont provide any kind of service.. Not giving drinking water also.. Pathetic one. Hotel Passage was not clean.. Its very very dirty once you came out from lift... You can see alll garbage on walk way..

Hotel owner behaviour is very bad.and online booking amount showing is low and reached to hotel then owner said room prise is high.and hotel is very dirty and comming the bed smell in the room.
