Worst place ever visited. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. Rooms were very dirty and untidy. Everything in the bathroom was broken including taps which were all rusted and even door. Room itself is very small, not at all spacious. Staff is uneducated and provides very poor service. Rooms don't open with keys, they had our open with an x-ray, I don't know how people even stay here. No doubt something can be even robbed. The banquet capacity is for not more than 100 people, where the food is prepared in the hall itself, which creates a lot heat even if AC is on. Didn't like the place at all. Worst property.What they have shown as photos on Google, are all fake

1. Actually I need to give a zero ⭐ rating to this hotel but there is no option to give zero 2. The rooms are very very dirty and smell very bad, walls are painted with gutka and pan, no proper maintenance ac water leaking in the room, power socket also not working.. 3. The wash room was very dirty, flesh and shower also not working 4. There is no privacy in the room, because attached between Room to room sound comes from another room 5. The manager( West fellow) shouting like a dog. 6. I was booked in this hotel in the Oyo app, the hotel management is not responsible for Oyo customers. 7. I have faced the worst experience in my life in this hotel 8. I have attached all the photos in the below 👇 I have stayed room

The hotel management was not good hospitality was worst. In the room, the floor was very dirty Kindly inform you not to book this hotel. If you book and stay in the hotel literally you will face a lot of issues how as I face for two days. I book this hotel through the OYO app, but the customs service not giving the best service to the customer as we expected Note:- Don't book this Marigold Hotel @location Surat, vesu road.

0 star ⭐️ for cleanliness. Washroom was terrible, bathroom corner was painted with red with ‘ghutkha’ picking. Worst experience in my life Comment section is full of bad reviews about cleanliness and same apology answer from management

Booked from oyo and called him before rich to hotel. He declined that we will not accept customers after 11.00 what if any customer rich to hotel in midnight from travelling.
