OYO Atlantis Hotel

Except location, everything is pathetic. They show lower price online, but upon online booking and reaching there, they charge just double. Then they collect extra charge in cash for which they dont issue any receipt or acknowledgement despite requests to Divyang, Nikunj and Rahul there. Without paying double the online rate, they dont allow checkin. Hotel rooms seems more like Kaal Kothri with no openness. TV not in all rooms, even where it is, only Youtube is there. No toiletories given. Owners are evasive and seems more interested in making money anyhow than to satisfy customer legitimately. I am victim of this and have already complained to Goibibo and will also complain to Oyo and Consumer Forum for not issuing receipt. I felt the hotel running for the purpose of per hour charging income rather than running on reputation.

The Name and Location Looked absolutly fantastic, Ignored the reviews shared by other people who had used this facility. Unfortunatly writing this one to emphasise the power of your choice. This is worst then expected. Overcharging, Bad Rooms, No Support ...
