Hotel The Lowell

I visited this place from 6th to 8th July, 2024. The location is good as you can get cab, autorickshaw to nearby places easily. It is located in residential area as apartments are located nearby this hotel. It is situated on 5th floor so you will need to take lift. Out of 3 lifts present there, only one works and that too have a capacity of just 4 persons. They don't provide complimentary breakfast.

Very bad hotel, 10*9 Size rooms. No space left after bed. Staff is non responding. 1 bottle of water for 3 persons in a room. Charged for 3 person in a room but not provided extra bed in the room . Don't visit by checking online, you'll be fooled and cheated.

Hotel rooms is neat and clean, staff was treated like a family must recommend. Inhouse cafe food is too good.

Location is nearby airport. Rooms are little bit small but nice clean and hygienic room. No breakfast available but many options available nearby to eat. You can book it if you want something to stay nearby airport.

Booked through air bnb.. they did not gave check in as they allocate that room to some one else.. hotel only good for young couples for using the room on hourly rates.. it's in a commerical complex.. with untidy approach.. staff not courteous at all.. and don't have any idea of anything.. thoug i didn't stayed there.. i am sure the service will be equally pathetic based on my overall experience with them . PS.. one star for just their existence.
