Hotel Czar Inn

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future ❤️❤️.

Decent value for money, although the washrooms needed to be checked as the shower head was rusty and the mugs were dirty too. The mattress wasn't too clean either. The service was decent, although no food available. Also no water in the room. Kinda disappointed with this.

It's fabulous experience of living, amazing owners, staff are good, lovely ambience, appropriate hygiene. I must recommend this place for any kinda stay.🌻

No star. Its worst hotel i have ever visit. Totally 3 rd class hotel. If you are currently going to book then please cancel. Rooms are to small. Telephone is not working. You have to order food from outside. Tap water is salty. Room are fully congested. Only 1 feet space around the bed. No proper mirror and its non refundable. I had book this hotel for 3 days. On very 1 st i want to cancel but its non refundable booking. Please dont book

Please read my short and sweet review: Location: Top floor (4th) of a average shopping mall Ambience: Below average Lift: Was not working Hygiene: Huge concern here Room size: Very small Views: Don’t expect anything Basically this is a very small hotel, passage and rooms looks like a train compartment. I booked thru Jain Samaj at a so called special rate of 2000 per night which was not worth at all. I will not recommend this place for family for sure.

Hello everyone, be careful with this hotel czar .. they don't have anything to understand and also the don't have any terms and conditions.. we have booked his hotel and advance paid 7200 inr .. and with in 12 hrs we asked him to cancel due to medical issue ..then he is telling to deduct 4200 inr from advance... we asked him to deduct some reasonable charges but he is refusing and not providing terms and condition list of his hotel .. even we asked owner contact of hotel but he refused to give .. for info I booked czar hotel on th 12 th October and same day we asked them to cancel ... if owner can revert will be greatly

WORST hotel.....found rat, cockroaches in room...basic things even like soaps were not provided..salty water in bathroom,not at all professional. Hotel building is the dirtiest in Surat,just looting money..plz avoid at any cost

It's a good hotel They don't give water to drink you have to purchase it One window was open and the glass was fully cracked If you get a deal you can stay
