Hotel Nova Vatika ROOM'S AND BANQUETS vesu surat

This is probably the worst place one can pick in any given situation. To start off with, the receptionist is a creep, he would legit checkout women in front of yo hand constantly eye roll while he talks. The entrance is hard to find, the establishment doesn’t even seem legal. They would ask for your ID cards and won’t even jolt it down in their register. By evening, you will see a lot of illegal activities taking place in the premises. This all happens under the watch of administration. If you are from a respectable family and want your kin to stay here, I would NEVER recommend. I wouldn’t even recommend this place at all.

The blankets are not well maintained as well as towels were stinking. Secondly they have give Refrigerator in all rooms but none of them are working. No hot water facility

Very bad hospitality. The staff want the customers to suffer (told by the owner himself). We booked hotel through oyo and he made us pay and then told us to wait for few hours because the rooms are not available. He should've told us that before telling us to pay. Pathetic behavior and when asked what to do next he said you should ask oyo and not us. Really pathetic. People like this don't deserve to have customers at all. I would highly recommend people to never book a hotel here. NEVER.

The hotel location is good but the service is bad. The bed sheet and blanket smell like they are not washed for a long time. The room is not clean . Washroom smells and dirty

It's the worst place I have ever went to!! Even railway stations are far better than this place. I suggest not to go here, and staff is too rude. They even don't have proper lock for their rooms. WORST EVER PLACE ON EARTH.
