Very nice hotel, good management and service. Cameras for security. Good variety of tasty meals. Understood my preferences and serviced accordingly. Good price-quality relation.

We booked 2 rooms a month ago . But both were given on different floors. Rooms and passages are congested.Bathroom and fittings were also faulty.one room I got changed after 4hours. AC swich is at reception(?), Night 2 O clock when I wanted to use it there was no AC controlling switch in room and So I couldnot use it. Next day Hot water could not get @9.30 am Only tea provided was good and room boys gave polite services. Will never prefer to go there again

The receptionist says the prices which are double than what the real rates are... They speak so loud and bad words in the morning at the desk that can be heard inside of the room clearly... They provide tap water for drinking.. charge a good amount but with below average service...

I have stayed during Diwali vacation with family. All staff are very cooperative & gives nice service. Owner Mr. Narendra Bhai is also very helpful. Overall good experience.

A very nice property to stay and room tarrif is reasonable. Roo provided to me was neat and clean equipped with AC, flat screen TV, Bathroom was neat and clean with shower and 24 hours running hot and cold water. Breakfast is being served on the wonderful restaurant of the hotel. Basically, veg and egg preperartions. Breakfast is good in taste. The behaviour of staff and front desk is curtious and helpful. The hotel has its own restaurants which serves nice food items. Room service is also prompt. Hotel is located in prime location surrounded by a number of nice eating joints and other commercial establishments. Overall, a very nice budget hotel

This is a low budget hotel with all important amenities located in the heart of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious and affordable vegetarian food.

This place is located at the heart of the city near sursagar lake and is safe and hygienic. Also the staff is cooperative and the food at their restaurant is amazing. This is a top-notch place for your comfortable stay.

Good clean rooms. . humble staff. We always stays here with team of Drama and TV Artists. All are very happy.
