Horrible experience ...rooms in reality are complete opposite of what is uploaded on websites. The staff is rude, refused changing dirty sheets and pillow covers. The bathrooms are very dirty and not at all worth the money. No refund was given inspite of multiple requests.

*SCAM ALERT* The hotel images on various sites are old, probably when it was functional! I booked for 3 nights and got a room that was bare, not clean, sheets were dielrty, bottle of water was open, no toiletries, no towels, condom packs outside the window. Broken furniture. Non-functioning television. No tea/coffee. No restaurant. There were no better rooms. The toilet was dirty. I had asked for a refund or accommodation with their other branch. NO! no help at all. I somehow stayed one night and booked myself into another hotel and walked out of this one!

Chose this hotel last minute after arriving into Vadodara airport and shocked that there were no hotel/accommodation counters there. Used Make My Trip, and picked this up because it was having an offer. It is not the 3-Star that MMT labels it as, but was reasonably clean and nice. Unfortunately, some pump or machinery turns on at 5:30 am and the whole room (we were on the top floor) vibrated and ruined our sleep. The adjoining restaurant folks were super nice though: they prepared dinner for us although we arrived after they closed (10 pm) and made several dishes in the morning, to suit our dietary needs. So, on the whole, feeling good, but wish things could have been better if the management were a bit more involved.

I had the worst experience with the person on the counter he was ignorant and disallowed my colleague (girl) to use the toilet he said only rooms are available and then only you can use after that when we said okay we will book a room as.we.wanted to so because (we were on a business trip as relationship manager for a lighting co. We had to visit our dealers and distributors) so he took our cars and.then to our knowledge he said we can't allow as I'm muslim the girl is Hindu even though we were opting for single beds then we said okay we'll have separate room than to help said we can't allow are we serious here in gujrat why do the hotel are doing this cheap things and why are they interfering in someone else business? I asked for room for a night, give it to us and leave that's it if somebody can explain pls as we are.riggt now sitting in the car we.are extremely tired and we wanted to freshen up.

Dont stay here..its one of the worst hotel at Vadhodara... Dont fall into less price as you will get many better options nearby area with same price. Room: room are very dirty. Bedsheets are worst dont know last time when they cleaned and replaced. Honesty no words about Toilet... Worst worst.. Can see pictures attached. Hotel Ambience is also dirty overall.. Its old building and old rooms. Old is not issue but they did not kept it clean.

Worse experience ever I checked in and i was given a room with dirty/stained bed sheet and pillow covers and when i requested to change them they said this is all what we have, then on arguing further they changed my room in which toilet flush wasn’t working. At last i checked out of the hotel without even staying in it. Please never visit them they are worse.

"4 Star my feet. This is not even a 1 star hotel". Completely pathetic. Washrooms are dirtier than railway toilets. Filled with dirty smell and insects. No service whatsoever. No helper for luggage. Extremely rude service staff.

Considering the price point of 700-900 for an AC room inclusive of breakfast this offer is a steal. Cleanliness is average, buffet breakfast was ok with 5 options to eat from, Rooms have ac but centrally controlled, entrance could be better, safe to stay for solo travelers. Needs better pest control and cleanliness. Again, considering the price this is a fabulous hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.
