Hotel Apex International

Please check at the location before booking with the hotel. The hotel is under construction and they have not updated this info on travel websites. I made a booking through make my trip which was a non-refundable booking based on the pictures i saw. When arriving at the location my family met with paint odors all around the lobby and scaffoldings in the balcony. The lobby and staircase area is all under construction.

The only good thing about this property is its location The very first thing is that I booked a double bed and was provided with a twin bed and on multiple requests they didn't change my room. The room only looks clean! The room is with features but none of them is working well and the worst part is everything from the AC to the bedsheet, to the bed sheet, the pillow, all are extremely unhygienic and unclean, shabby! There was dirty hair on the floor, on the bed. On requesting to change the staff came to change the bed sheet and pillow cover and it was taking ages for him to change the bedsheet! The provided towel was pathetic, on requesting to change, they said they will but no one came even after reminding the staff 3 times. The lint of the towel was soooo much that I started to sneeze! It was a very old towel The washroom was leaking off water and was stinking! The ac was never serviced and was extremely unclean On asking for curd in breakfast they gave me water and old curd. The breakfast was provided in the room and not the restaurant. They don't have a restaurant and call themselves a estar hotel! Overall an extremely bad experience! If I had an option I'd give a negative star rating to this property!

Hotel is under construction, do not book the room without verification. I faced hot water issue & they did not arrange timely. Further they did not change the room even after request. They made me very uncomfortable.

Room Service is Slow Even after paying for breakfast they are not providing enough breakfast. Told that one person will get only two egg item. Not more than that! The Staff was so rude. No drinking water is provided for free. Only one bottle per day that twoo 500ml. Pathetic Experience.

Very dirty rooms, bad odar coming from room, Food is not good, they bring from outside. Staff reception is asking for extra money for drinking water

Worst hotel one could ever stay in… Mr. Govind at the reception always tries to argue over petty issues. Dirty rooms, ill mannered staff.
