Review Based on incident happened on 28th December around approximate 6pm. “I didn’t stay at this place or went to inquire about booking, but I had an urgent need for a washroom while traveling. I approached the reception, explained my situation politely, and without hesitation, the staff member, an uncle ….old gentleman who was at the reception, promptly agreed in one request and kindly allowed me to use the washroom. He even guided me to the location. Although I was initially hesitant because the place looked upscale and I was just a random traveler, the staff was incredibly welcoming and considerate, which was truly heartwarming. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness, and I’m grateful that people like this still exist. I truly appreciate the hospitality shown in a time of need and would recommend this place based on this wonderful experience!” If uncle / the gentleman who helped me reading this review. Thank you for being helpful and kind. It might be small gesture for others but a women in need /emergency will only understand it how much it meant.

I stayed in this hotel for one day with my family. They asked me to provide valid documents for identity as per local government rules. The hotel provided complimentary mineral water for us and the room was neat and clean. No room service provided. Morning complimentary breakfast with good variety kept in the hall. Laundry service available with payment. Staff behaviour satisfactory.

I have booked Hotel Limra as my training centre of Bob is very near to it. My other colleagues also booked Executive rooms. But the very worst incident happened to my colleague. The hotel service changed his room without his prior permission and shifted all his luggage without informing him. He is attending his training and hotel management doing this type of not acceptable work. At night when he returned to the Hotel, he came to know his luggage was shifted from the 3rd-floor room to the first-floor room. Now the main question is about security??...How can we trust Hotel management who can open your room, check your luggage, and shift your luggage in your absence!!!! And as I am a woman, what about our security? Can we trust them?? My humble request to all please avoid this Hotel

One of the best hotels in Vadodara. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean. My stay was comfortable. Food is of good quality.food is of good quality. I personally recommend this hotel. We reached vadodara one day late as per scheduled but the staff was polite and they hold my room. Overall ambience is very good.

Recently I stayed here at limra hotel considering it is close to my training place at bank of baroda for 24 hours. An incident that happened with my colleague in that he also booked an executive room after training and working hours we went out for some while at nearby place for dinner.. now at 9 pm we got a call from hotel service that we need to meet them before going back to our room they didn't clear anything why they called us. Without doubting their intentions we came back to hotel just to know that they have shifted all his luggage to another room saying that there was some electricity issue in our room and they didn't even took consent or even informed before touching our things or transferring them to another room which is very much disappointing and very unprofessional from their side. and when we asked to get our room back they told that the room was given to another customer. I don't know how they could do this and what worst we can expect from them.. It seemed that they just shifted our bags for adjusting to other guests and they just don't care about our privacy or safety at all. What about the safety of females who also stayed in this hotel even for a single night alone or with other female colleagues. Their rooms can also be opened without their knowledge which is very dangerous for female. I don't know how to trust them who open our rooms without asking us and they can do anything without caring about their customers'safety. What happened with me was also not much appreciable. initially we liked the hotel and service also but once we checked in I felt that there was some smell in my room but it could not be recognised due to the smell of perfume which was very heavy. so after returning in the evening after training I got to know that there was a smoking smell which was set all over my room and when we complaint about it they told us that there was no other room available which was very doubtful that the whole hotel was full.

Highly unprofessional..!! They changed my room and shifted my luggage to another room in my absence, without informing or asking me. At first they had no regrets doing so and Even after showing my displeasure they tried to justify their act irresponsibly. They behaved like they have rights to do such proceedings without guest's permission. Privacy - 0% Safety security - 0% Trust - 0% If I could give zero or minus ratings, i would definitely have done it.

Book only room without breakfast. Breakfast options are very sad and not even worth. There hotel in Surat is better than the Baroda for quality of breakfast served. Even taste and variety is better You are given bread butter addition to what you see

I had stayed in this hotel around 20 days, this hotel has good ambiance, grest staff members , maintain good hygiene and providing all necessary things for better experience. Must recommend hotel in Vadodara as fair price with facilities.
