I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Surya T he rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable—they were friendly, professional, and quick to help with any request. The location is super convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. For the price, this place exceeded all expectations. Definitely feels like a hidden gem—I’d absolutely stay here again!

The location is in such a congested place that there is a big problem with parking vehicles. There is no Ramp for wheel chair for disabled people. Even steps to reach the entrance are having more height so elderly or people with knee problems are difficult to climb. The offset to enter into the receptionist is just crazy so I have seen the people get jurk due to noticeable risers. There is no washroom in the restaurant so it is surprising that a person has to go to the basement to wash their hands or use the restroom. The dining area which is adjoining reception is at a different level (floor level) so this is very strange that I have ever seen. There was no intercom instrument in our room so this is the basic requirement. On request the hotel people attached the instrument. Most of the time you will find the internet com is engaged. When I asked the receptionist for the electrical kettle she asked me to dial the room service number. A room service person told me that they don't provide it but you can ask here after 7:00 am! Even the room allotted for a couple there was only one drinking glass. I requested a room senior person looking after room after 1/2 hour I got this. In bathroom there is liquid bath soap or hair Shampoo dispenser. On request that provided small two sachet for hair! In photo one can see. In short the staff is irresponsible. The only positive point is that the food is good. But being a google local guide at level 8 and having 93 lacs views I can say I will not recommend this hotel.

Overall decent place to stay and the staff is good too. I stayed for almost a week and that too in monsoon so it was good all and all .

We were hosted at this hotel for a wedding,since the hotel is nearby Vadodara station. Food variety and taste both need improvement. The service of the staff at breakfast time was helpful. Rooms can be more organized and kept updated. Their room service was ok ok...they never came to clean the room etc.

Very good hotel to stay, great staff and service. The restaurants also serve delicious food with very courteous and friendly staff. The location is very good, very close to the railway station and tourists places. Enjoyed our stay here
