OYO Flagship Hotel Royal Retreat

Do not book via Oyo or other sites. Staff is rude and Hospitality is worst. Confirmed before hand for early check in via Oyo and then hotel says it doesn't work that way. Asked for Rs 500 extra per head which was more than room tariff. Stay away from these cheaters.

Cheap hotel for value...location is very close to Vadodara station ( 10mins walk) . No parking .. its based in in a old building's 3 floors ...building entrance is worse than many residential complex we see now a days. You can't recognise there is a hotel even if you are at the building entrance ! Rooms are good but had to ask for clean sheets .. towels are clean but heavily used. Views from window is horrific. Basically if you just want to stay overnight comfortable and don't care about food, parking or any other hotel service you expect. Then it's value for money. If you are on holiday vacation with family then don't use it as they will feel very cheap!

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The bedspread and comforter were dirty. There were bloodstains on the comforter. We had to ask 3-4 times for changing the comforter. Even then we had to adjust with a dirty comforter. The toilet was so dirty that both the toilet seat and toilet were yellow in colour. Also, the flush was not working properly.The staff were so helpful that they asked us to choose the room we want after checking the toilet. But after checking out four rooms, we found that all the toilets are like this.

It is near to railway and bus station. But I Will not recommend to anyone. No proper cleaning was done. Bed and matress are all good but bedsheet and pillow cover were not cleaned. I got rashes from that. You need to tell the hotel staffs to replace these with cleaned ones, once checkin is done. No toiletries provided. Towel was provided but not cleaned. No complementary mineral water bottles. Wifi was provided.

Hated the experience. The bedsheets were not washed. The blankets smelled and the staff were rude and bashful. One time, a waiter just barged in the room without knocking to deliver water. The water which was delivered was not from RO as mentioned by the reception. It was simply chilled water from boring. These guys don't even provide mineral water as a complimentary. No tea or coffee was complimentary. Not worth the money spend.

rooms are good for 750₹/day but they won’t accept online booking you have to pay extra money.

Overall its a good place for staying 1 or 2 nights but not recommended for long term stay like 10 days or more. And obviously i gave 4 star because they were cooperative and all. Just the AC in my room was not working that's why i deducted 1 star.

Rooms and services were very good & satisfying. The hotel was very near to Railway station and Bus stand. But there had some issues regarding payment between Oyo and hotel which you need to sort out own.
