Rating: 1/5 “I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Jal Sagar in Vadodara, all because of the receptionist’s rude and unprofessional behavior. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that she lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, she was dismissive and spoke rudely to guests. It felt like she had no interest in addressing concerns or making our stay comfortable. If this kind of behavior continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if it leads to the downfall of this hotel. No matter how good the location or amenities may be, a hotel is only as good as its staff, and this receptionist is driving customers away. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values good service.”
