We had pre-booked this hotel, but they still made us wait at the reception. The staff was very rude and did not understand anything we asked for. They have hired young boys who do not know how to talk to guests. There is no responsible person who can give proper answers to customers. I do not recommend this hotel to stay in.

Good place for short stay... It doesn't have its own restaurant... Small place... But decent room... The hotel is in a shopping complex.. in surrounding there are plenty of shops for food... 3/5 overall score..

Worst hotel ever. Please never book it online. I got booking confirmation, paid their charges but to my surprise hotel receptionist informed they are not taking any online bookings and have all rooms occupied. Called oyo 4 times but no one helped and kept me on hold and dropped. Had to search for another place last min suffering family too.

It’s not great, but the price point is too good. For a night stay, it’s a super reasonable option. We had issues with warm water , but they provided us another room to use for the same.

PATHETIC....😡😡 I booked rooms for my guests. Very poor and disgusting service from the staff..they dont understand what you want.. I had to wake them up for checking in though my booking was pre fixed...keep my guests waiting in the lobby untill they clean the room. The manager is never available to take the respobsibility for anything going on in the hotel.
