Citrus Hotel

Stayed in this hotel in May 2017. Service is really good and rooms are very well maintained. Staff is always ready to help. About food, quality and taste both I liked. The location is good ,easy to reach from airport and railway station. Good hotel for family and business travelers as well.

We stayed at Citrus on our way to Kutch for 2 nights.|We were supposed to break journey in Ahmedabad but due to some ongoing exhibition, there was no availability in Ahmedabad and if any available is exorbitantly priced. So we stayed at Vadodara.||Its a small boutique hotel. Very profesionally managed and service is top notch, safe parking.||Rooms are not very big but you don't feel claustrophobic either. Well ventillated, airy and ample sunlight in day.||Restaurant is quite good and the food is delicious. We had breakast buffet in package and ita a widespread buffet with different varities.||Overall, a good option to stay in Vadodara.||

Room size - too small, Neat and clean, well maintained. Food quality average. I faced a big problem as my room was filled with kitchen fumes. whole night and next morning it was smelly. very uncomfortable. I think this came thru the exhaust fan of bathroom. secondly internet service offered but it wasn't working.

Excellent service and the staff was good to interact with.... Especially Front desk...They were very attentive and well behaved. I like the place for its ambience and also all the rooms are nicely maintained and they have high hygiene conditions which is a good thing. Will definitely recommend this to people I know... A good mid segment hotel in Baroda for business as well as for leisure...

Had booked online and paid in advance. The check in process was smooth and took about two minutes. The staff were very nice and helpful. Did not have any food there so cannot comment. The room was clean and well kept. Bathroom was dry and smelling fresh. AC was working well. It was 43 degrees that day at Vadodara. Location is good. All the key places are accessible.. Specially for tourists.

Had a wonderful dinner in citrus hotel. Excellent service by the staff when u enter the hotel you will get warm welcome from the reception staff with smiling face led by Mr.Hitay and service staff led by Mr.Pramesh. you must try lemon coriander soup and paneer handi made by Chef Subodh excellent taste. Keep up the good work Team Citrus||

It's pathetic hotel when it comes to guest satisfaction. No clarity on online bookings. Took 40 minutes to confirm booking. Biggest surprise, you need to learn whole new level of how to book hotel room online at Citrus. Once done successfully, they will wish to charge extra for using their furniture, their electricity, water and don't get surprised if they also add air usage charges. Fortunate enough to ask them final charges and to my surprise, I was about to pay them more that what five star hotel of Vadodara is charging for normal room. I won't suggest this hotel if you are traveling for couple of days and want smooth checkin after long travel.

Stay was amazing... Check in process was quick..staff always ready to help us with smile. Everything perfect..|Food was really delicious and service superb.. Dinner and breakfast very high quality ..|Just room size is little small ..|All things perfect... Highly recommend to stay here..
