He is even lazy to receive ID copy from Cx mobile. Very rude reception, denied room which is prebooked during heavy rain.

Really appreciate hotel atmosphere, staff behaviour also good. Room was also neat and clean. Trually recommended for solo trip also.

The only good thing about this hotel is location, which is next to vadodara railway station. But, you cant even get a good sleep due to 24*7 noise of railways. The rooms are clean but conjusted. There are mosquitos in the rooms. Pillows were torn with cotton coming out of it. Bathroom tiles were broken and there was no hot water in the bathroom which was totally unexpected. Though they provide 24 hrs checkout at reasonable price, it is not a recommendable hotel for family. It is the place for solo budget travellers.

Not so good Hotel space is there ,but Hygiene is not good at all. Shower, flush, TV, telephone were not working. Bathroom are very bad. Overall I do not recommend.

I booked hotel alpha through Cleartrip by paying entire amount. I also called hotel for confirmation. When I reached hotel with my wife and they denied checkin even after I showed my booking confirmation. I requested them to check again, but staff behaviour was really inhuman. Ultimately u had to leave the hotel at night around 10 pm.I and my wife had to roam on streets literally to find a place. It was such a horrific experience and it’s because these hotel alpha people has given booking at higher price to others as rush was higher that day. I request people not to book ticket his hotel if u want to be safe and not roam on road at midnight. I also request booking sites to block this hotel from taking any booking else customer will face the trauma that I faced. Rest it’s upto u guys. In the reply below, hotel alpha is lying.. got a call from clear trip and they are saying that hotel alpha informed Cleartrip team that on 28 dec 24, there was some technical issue . That’s why they didn’t receive booking. In hotel, receptionist told me that they haven’t taken any booking for last 7 yrs. It’s all lies . I request to black list this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel are very clean, reasonably priced, and spacious. This hotel is very good value for money. It is within a 2 minute walking distance to the Vadodara Railway Station as well as the Kadak Bazaar, which provides all amenities. The staff are very professional and attentive, and they are very prompt with the room service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite good. I can add some point. 1) Staff were quite helpful and ready to serve even at night. 2) Food I did not ate so I could not rate it. Breakfast was not having much options but whatever is there are good. 3) Rooms were clean and spacious. 4)Service was good. 5) my travel planner MMT, left me in big problem (I put the request of early check in) but Hotel staff helped me out. It was a nice trip, and credit goes to Hotel ALPHA for making it successful. All the hotel staff were good Whoever attended me. It was really a pleasure to stay there. one more point, Yes the location outside is a bit low but I think you can manage that if hotel is good. Hotel is at walkable distance from Railway station and Central Bus Station.
