Rester select Vadodara

I personally believe they discriminate based on community you belong to. The receptionist is total ignorant & has a negative answer for everything you ask for. They can't even provide cutlery, water and glass in the room on asking several times. They should better shut the hotel.

Excellent! The Hotel is well maintained, friendly staff and easily accessible from the main road. They have the Early Check-ins and Late check outs which comes with a price, But It will be better to have the check-in time as 12:00 instead of 14:00. The complimentary breakfast was good and their in-house restaurant's(veg only) room service is very fast and tasty food, but a little costly. Overall the hotel is best for business travellers as it is 20min away from the Airport.

While we (me&my husband) are on a road trip and traveling across India, we have stayed at multiple location, I can say with full confidence that we got a steal deal with at this property. Most probably you will greeted by Sejal at the reception with a beautiful smile, and from reception only they will start taking care of you. Whole staff at Rester Select Vadodara is super warm and proactive in addressing your needs. Highly recommend this place for your next stay.

Done booking via ixigo for weekend for my outstation guests. Pathetic front desk staff. Manner less sejal was rude to our female guests and to a heart patient. All are money hungry from the moment person enters the premises. Food was equally dredful as our guests fell ill. It is definitely not a Hospitality industry.

Worst ever stay experience of my life. Please avoid staying at this greedy hotel and I am surprised that it is managed by a well known brand Sayaji to say the least. The staff at the reception desk have no hotel management or hospitality sector skills. They are untrained and definitely dont know the concept of Customer first notion. We reached the hotel at 9 am on the checkin day and were asked to pay the early checkin fees which was equal to what we paid online for entire day. Thats pretty amusing because THERE WAS ROOM AVAILABLE and mind you guys we wanted to checkout on the very same day after few hours and we werent expecting it to be given for free but there should be some kind of capping. The guy at reception Mr Kuntesh didnt even had the courtesy to comply for our requests. He was hell bent on earning few good bucks. Well, the phone number given on Google never rings and the one given on online platforms/aggregators say it does not exist so you would not be able to even reach out to them a day prior for early checkin request. I would highly recommend everyone visiting Vadodara to kindly SKIP THIS HOTEL and find many other options around.

The room sizes are decent. The service is quick in terms of room cleaning , but we have to keep calling for extra sachets of milk powder , tea etc. And water to be delivered to the room. The choices for breakfast buffet is quite limited as well, but the taste is good and fresh juice.

We have done several booking via agoda for our domestic and international guests. Even in weekend duration the premises was empty. Reason 1. Foul mouthed arrogant front desk female staff tejaxl or sejxl. We can only find greedy grinches like kuntxsh, prakxsh, dark short height lady etc ready to rip off pokets. 2. Early check in charges are same as their booking tariff. Such a delusional practice. 3. Dreadful f&b service. After consuming didn’t needed laxative their food was enough. Overall sleazy motel operation. Neither going to book again nor can recommend any one.
