OYO Hotel Aum Regency

Rooms were good. But washroom was not so good. In morning we didn't got hot water, We told receptionist many times but than also we didn't got Hot water to bath. Basically rooms are for Shadi Function stays.

Good looking rooms. Well located and connected to city. Nearby good restaurants also available. Day time staffs are good but night time staff is not behaving that much. Cleaning need to be improved alote. Rest things are ok. Check in and out time definitely having problems. Also not helping for short time extension.

Came to this hotel on first of my trip. Not satisfied. Came to the same hostel last day of my trip. Became worst than first day. Punjent smell is coming from all rooms, baths room are worst that sullabh complex bath rooms. No proper repsonse, food is not upto the mark. I dont suggest the travellers who are coming to baroda to opt this hotel. Railway station and bus stands are better than this hostel at least to sleep. Given one rating as there is no option for me to give in minus.

There are three things I feel to evaluate about any hotel|1. Location: Hotel is outskirt from city centre. Locality has few hotels nearby and seems good.|2. Service and Cleanliness: Service, Room provided to us was having a damped odor as there is no ventilation. Asked for a room freshner, it was not avilable.||Secondly had asked for tripple occupancy. Bedding with bedcover and comforter was dirty enough that i had to sleep by adjusting on the bed.||Lastly washrooms were not clean and tidy.||3. Food : we had breakfast and food was not reheated properly. However after request they provided poha, that was the good part.||Overall Not recommended if travelling with family where all the above stuffs matter.

At first look, the place was decent. Rooms are okay, but the washrooms were not maintained properly. They said hot water is automatic, but we never got any. When asked at reception, response was not given properly. The rates at restaurant was highly priced. On the last day of stay, we had breakfast arranged for 30 members. But, the serving was damn slow. They kept us waiting for a long.

Extremely gross! Unclean carpeted rooms and hall way. My friend had to change rooms 3 times bc of cockroaches and lack of warm water in the shower. Our toilet seat was broken. Don't be fooled by the cheap rates and the pictures. The hotel is less then average. Oh, and the two elevators that the hotels have are not big enough for a family of 4 and 2 suitcases. Only 3 adults which no luggage can fit at one time. Never never stay at this are any oyo hotel again!!

Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. They have Car parking space in front of the building. Breakfast buffet was tasty and with wide variety. Staff served toast and tea in table. There are few restraunts near by offering punjabi and Rajasthani food. We tried 4 different restraunt but no one have Gujrati food. :) Overall nice experience.

I wish to give zero stars. I had already confirmed banquet hall. But as they got someone else with more payment they cancelled my booking. However they did not felt the responsibility of informing me. We even went with the booking amount and they told to come after one hour and then they told that your booking is cancelled. Even the owner Miss Bhatt was too rude. I would suggest not to book this banquet for parties or marriage as they are money oriented people. They don't take care of Customers.
