Absolutely Amazing Experience at Best Western! I recently stayed at Best Western and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. Their warm, welcoming, and family-like behavior truly stood out and made my stay extra special. The service was top-notch in every way. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a smile—every meal felt like it was prepared with care. Whether it was room service or dining at their restaurant, everything was handled with great professionalism and a personal touch. The entire team, from front desk staff to housekeeping and food service, were extremely courteous and attentive. It honestly felt like staying with family rather than just in a hotel. I highly recommend Best Western to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and quality stay. I will definitely come back again. Good, well kept hotel, clean rooms. Service is okay. Need to keep a watch on minor repairs and maintenance. The soap dispenser in the common washroom for instance, was not refilled in spite of repeated reminders, the lift fans not working, door card not operating, etc. Food quality is good. Excellent location for tourists as well as business visits and shopping. Overall good & reasonably priced.

Hello, I am writing this honest review about the services here in Best Western (ALKAPURI Vadodara), staff is very rude they don’t listen to customer problem instead of listening to the customer they give us the answer in a chapri type people and if I ask there name they say wrong name that’s why I clicked his photograph and post it here Previously I stayed here that time also I faced a lot but I have chosen once again because of the location I asked them to cut down fruits and make a juice they denied that it’s harmful for there kitchen Then I asked them give me a watermelon juice and add these fruits into that they said okay now these fruits are not harmful for there kitchens because I have paid ₹105 for one small glass of watermelon juice Next day I asked them to cut pomegranate for me they denied that it’s harmful sir It’s fruits guys not a poison I recommend you all not to book this hotel Not only that breakfast in the morning it’s like oh god same items every day nothing new And I reporting his photograph as he misbehave with me

I beleive this restaurant is getting oil supply free as oil is used extensively in all the dishes even if its not required. Have anyone ever seen oil in dosa stiffing & vegetable oil in salad ??? Pls visit & you will see ample.

I recently stayed at Best Western Alkapuri (બેસ્ટ વેસ્ટર્ન અલકાપુરી), located at RC Dutt Road, Vadodara, for 2 nights in a King Bedroom. The total cost was ₹6663 including taxes. We chose this hotel based on the reputation of the Best Western chain and previous positive experiences at other branches. However, this particular stay fell short of expectations. First off, the housekeeping was quite slow and unresponsive. We had to make multiple follow-ups for basic things and even ended up going down to reception ourselves because calls weren't effective. The TV didn’t work at all—not a single channel came through, not even free-to-air ones. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi login, being provided the wrong credentials twice. The hotel is currently under renovation, which we weren't informed about beforehand. The AC in the room was barely cooling, even at 16°C for hours, and to make matters worse, there was no cold water in the shower—only hot water came through, which made it uncomfortable. Breakfast was included and was okay—nothing exceptional, but not a major complaint either. On a positive note, the location is prime, and the brand itself is known for good hospitality, which is why I hope they address these issues. For now, I’d rate this stay 2 out of 5 stars.

The room was booked in my wife's name. |While the room was allotted promptly, there were a few non-acceptable issues with the room itself. |Bathroom was smelly & dirty (unclean). Maybe the turnaround from check-out to check-in may have created this situation, BUT, not expected from a property like Best Western.|Of the two nights that we stayed there, the second night was just awful and "Hot".. |why ? Their Airconditioning refused to cool the room (with the outside temp being 40 degrees C in Vadodara. After almost 3 hours of discussions (almost till 1 am at night) and the hotel's ridiculous explanations, we had to just spend the hight in the heat.

I stayed here twice. I had same bad experiences of room service and same thing repeats again as i have never received Hot water in room despite of 4-5 call regarding this. Neither technician came to see nor reception bother it. Reception staff was not helpful on queries either. Room window and curtains are aged old. Bathroom accessories are of very low quality. Room lights are very dull and not pleasant at all. This HOTEL NEED SERIOUS ATTENTION TO THIS COMPLAINTS.
