Hotel Woodland Somnath

We were to attend a wedding in Veraval and needed a place to stay and dress during the daytime.We reached Veraval around ten am and saw a couple of hotels which we did not like. Then we saw Hotel Woodland. It is on the main road with parking available. The rooms are a bit small but were reasonably clean and good price value for money. The bathroom was also clean but local water is salty so there is a layer of salt on all taps . The AC and WIFI were working fine. The LCD TV worked fine but did not have many channels .The room size is a bit small and there are no windows as the whole hotel has a glass façade .The staff is friendly and helpful. Room service provided good coffee. There is no restaurant. Overall good value for money and ideal for business travelers. They also have OYO rooms.

The staff is very polite and the rooms are cosy. The location is also good, close to the railway station, the hotel's restaurant has great food although they don't have complimentary breakfast buffet. Cleanliness can be improved a lot though, doormats must be replaced. Water in the bathroom and everywhere is salty, not sure whether it was at the hotel only or everywhere. A nice place to stay overall.

Woodland is the best hotel in town. The service is extraordinary and comfort like your own home makes it unique. Good night sleep is Important when you travel which you will get it at woodland along with all other facilities they provide. Rooms are very clean and specious with freshness of environment. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I am sure you will too.

Services are very poor. Hot water was not available in the bathrooms. Take alot of time in dining food. Made us very disappointed. Doesn't matter if you complain to manager. What they have is only arguments against your complaint. No apologies for your complaint. Worst hotel I ever visited.

Rooms were pretty decent and clean. Good and prompt service.||Overall excellent and pleasant stay.||||The only difficulty was that its a little far from the main town and finding an auto was difficult and so was finding any place to eat nearby as the hotel doesn't have any arrangement for food except bread jam/butter.||||Decent stay at this place and great/friendly staff!

Decent place to dine out. Pretty reasonable rates too. Good one to bring family, kids and friends. Good choices for food available. Situated on main road, so easy to spot from driving. Worth giving a try

Very bad experiences Restaurant staff having bad attitude. They not serve better. So one suggestion is that kindly not take free breakfast in the time of booking. They have limitations in breakfast. This was my last booking in this hotel..

The hotel is very centrally located and offers very convenient and cozy and compact rooms. The service is very good and their restaurant serves good food.They did not offer complimentary breakfast. Excellent location.
