I am utterly disappointed with the service we received. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the staff was unprepared and unprofessional. Our wedding plans were confirmed with the hotel weeks in advance, but uprrival, nothing was as promised. The room block for our guests was not properly set up, resulting in many of them being scattered throughout the hotel. The food that was served was cold and tasteless, and the staff was slow and inattentive during the event. Hawan Kund was promised but not given, the space organised and given for sever phera's ritual was too small and suffocating and was just in the middle of entrance. To make matters worse, the hotel's communication was abysmal. Our attempts to resolve these issues were met with indifference and excuses. The lack of professionalism and care from the hotel staff added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyous occasion. Overall, Hotel Rajmandir completely ruined our wedding experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable service and a memorable event. Save yourself the disappointment and find another venue that values its customers and their special moments. This place doesn't deserve a single star.

Hotel was clean and staff was very supported. Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room was well equiped. My stay was very enjoyable. I am very thankfull for staff and management for their attentive friendly and outstanding services. The Food was Delightful. I loved every taste of the dinner which was incredibly execellent. The entire visit was amazing because of the wonderful ambiance and execellent service. This is a place that I wholeheartedly endorse!! I highly recommend Hotel Rajmandir to anyone Looking for a luxurious and hospitalble stay. I look forward to returning soon!!!!!!!!

The most unprofessional staff and management team. I urge any of the prospective customers to carefully consider before booking a stay or an event here. The management is very rude and take their hand off any mistake they commit. The greed they have for money is off the charts without care for their guests' comfort. Please don't book a stay here

3rd class hotel with no good surroundings and staff is very poor in interaction. In my opinion pls do not visit this hotel in any case . Specially front desk staff and manager are very arrogant in nature and if you forget to decide before checkin you will be looted for sure..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
