Hotel Crown Inn

Worst hotel service ever seen, 1 Dirty Linen and towels 2 No mineral water, Used bottles with no hygiene 3. Blankets Dust on floor and tables, including almirah. Trash can smell like a gutter with no liner 4 No Cable facility 5 No meal - beverage facilities 6 No Elevator facilities 7 Halls are always kept dark- No lights 8 Toilets are worse than any Public toilets- Never cleaned and are enough to make you sick 9 AC stops in the middle of the night, No Power backup, they don't take actions. 10. Staff behaviour is very dissatisfied and disappointing. They only care for money and talk rudely when you need basic amenities. Overall, Sleeping on railway station is better than sleeping here. I have made complaints to very senior levels.

There were no Electricity back up for AC, no cleaning, free breakfast not provided, TV was not working, bedding was not comfortable, no toiletries when I asked they provide one soap. Location was isolated, road approaching towards property was terrible. Overall third class experience

Seeing the availability of large number of rooms in one complex I booked for guests of my daughter's marriage but in spite of good infrastructure we couldn't get satisfactory services. None of the hotel staff was serious for cleaning of hall on 3rd floor where all rituals were planned. Many times ACs were not working which made our guests very annoyed. We repeatedly requested for placing mineral water dispenser for drinking at 1st floor but couldn't get. We stayed for 5 days in 10 to 27 rooms but their staff hardly changed the bed sheets and cleaned the bathrooms. Very dissappointing experience. Owner of hotel is not believing on customer problems. I don't recommend for hiring it for wedding functions.

Worst hotel room are very dirty. water is not available in toilet. All rooms television is not working you cant be use ac for a long time because to huge power cutting

Don't belive in positive comments, they are all paid. Horrible staff, they stay in attitude always. Dont fall for their lies that they have power backup and daily housekeeping, they would never listen to your request, and will make stupid excuses. There is no housekeeping, no water, no power backup and no AC remote, TV is also there for show, they dont work. reply to owner: not falling for your lies again. Also, change in management will not change the condition of your AC, power backup and unhygienic rooms.
