Hotel O White Valley

I booked through oyo app, and price was 449rs, then i called for the confirmation if the booking has been done, receptionist picked the call and said yes "Ho gaya hai aajao" And when i went there she was like aapki booking nai show ho rhi h, then she started giving lame excuses like, we have network prob here i can't do anything now, i even said her before coming I called for confirmation and you said aajao ho gaya hai and now you're literally doing this... after 30mins i asked her show me your phone and then i refreshed the page and booking was registered and she was like idk ab kaha se aa gaya, and she did the check-in, after i entered the room I saw "AC" is not working then she said there is no electricity, later she said light aa jayegi... even fan was not working properly...worst stay of my life and almost 90% of Oyo flagship are running this type of fraud business.....!!! 0star rating.

No proper maintenance. Washroom are dirty. Bedsheet are not washed properly.
