Fake promises It is written that there is free Wifi but when i asked for it they denied and i could see their wifi name on my laptop still they did not tell their wifi password.

Beautiful rooms. Mini fridge available in rooms. Spacious rooms. Staff was polite. Pleasant stay during my OYO booking. Just try to improve food services. Waited around 1 hour for just a cup of tea. Also there were not any paid channels available on dish TV. So no use of TV. Try to understand if someone is booking a room worth 2k bucks, they expect to atleast have proper television facility to be available.

We (my husband and I) had to stay at this place for less than 48 hours as we were accommodating out-of-town guests, who flew in within 24 hours when a beloved senior member passed away suddenly. The crew at the front desk was terrible- treating us as if we were up-to some mischief, demanding passport scans being emailed. They did not provide identification upon request. Refused to call senior management. And then without any resolution provided a room. The room was the most dirty I have seen (i have had pleasant OYO experience elsewhere). Dirty rooms, bathrooms, mosquitos lying dead on the floor, coffee marks and stickers all over the wall, uncleaned closet, no toiletries, no towels, no bottles of water- not even for a price. Smelling room of cigarette. During check-out, we were charged for 3 days (although we were there for less than 48 hours). The manager, Mr. Monu was drunk and leaned over almost threatening. His assistant abused me physically by leaning over and threatening me. This place needs to be investigated by both the police and the OYO. The police first.

1. The rooms are big. 2. Service is not very good. For each and everything you neer to call. 3. They don't even change bed cover, towel, soap everyday, only do after you call/report. 4. The covers of pillow and quilt were quite dirty. 5. Considering the location, I would still say it's overall a good stay. 6. The Bulbul market adjacent to the hotel is very convenient and a plus point.

Staff is good. Rooms are okay in size, but need maintenance, which is nitpicking but still needs improvement, for eg. One room didn't have its key, the other room's bathroom's washbasin's pipe had outlet in the bathroom itself.

No cupboard to hang clothes No plugpoints to charge phone and accessories No teamaker to have morning tea. Extremely tiny room with arrogant people who justify everything!!! Best to avoid OYO in the first place. Does no sanity check before putting it in the list.

We lost our headphone in there but they did not search for it. Bad service. They haven't refund our money. We paid through paytm but it cancelled and amount deducted from our account and then we paid in cash. We talked to paytm they transferred the money to receipints account. But the owner haven't refund our money of 1400 RS.

Good place to stay, regular house keeping service provided and food available. The staff is co-operative and rooms are well furnished. The towels are a little rough but can be used.
