OYO Flagship Hotel Suncity

I did a booking for my friend via makemytrip by paying rs 529 and hotel denied that it received a booking. He claims he didnot receive any booking and he says now he doesnot accept oyo or makemytrip. Since it was late night I ended up pay rs 800 for my friend and his daughter to stay. For that 800, next day, he doesnt give any bill. Guys please dont book this hotel thinking lesser price on online sites. They dont honour it. Anyhow I lost money but just wish to save others from this kind of cheating.

I m visit this hotel there staff are very respectful & polite. Hotel rooms are very neet & clean. So In very cheep price best hotel are here. I m also suggest my friends for visit here.

Wost experience ever they denied my booking I did it all online when I reached their he simply told me my room was canaled I have to pay extra as they don't have rooms available and they will have if I pay them extra they were rude i ended up paying becoz i didn't had any choice that time

Fraud hotel. Don't trust their online rates. They charge double once you check in and don't consider any previous online vouchers, after taking full payment as advance. Staff uncorporative and very rude.

Seriously Poor response and Pathetic service provided by Hotel staff.👎 I have to pay 2 times for the same booking as hotel was not agree to accept fully paid online booking. The quality of room is also zero. If you want to see the worst level of hotel👎, please visit here.
