Hotel O Times Square

I will make it quick just read. 1- room do not have locks those are broken. They have the excuse of CCTV for security. 2- do not hope for the complementary breakfast and room service. 3-in my room geyser was not working so they asked me to take bath in to other room. 4- they do not have enough room supplies (buckets, kettle, glass, and many more). 5- if still you are ending up with the same hotel book from the app if you went for offline mode/ pay at hotel you are going to end up paying more.

Bad Experience I have booked This hotel room via oyo on Rs. 549.00 but when I reached there, the receptionist denied to give their room in Prescribed rate of Oyo Site. Also room facilities and other amenities are below average. Even They have not maintain proper Heigine in theri rooms i.e. Bedsheet are not propered wash, Washroom and other room area was not propered cleaned. So my suggestion is that don't come in this hotel booking through Oyo site. They always Charges higher amount than Oyo.
