Rooms were not well kept. There was no ventilation either in the room or in the washroom. The washroom was dirty. No fresh toiletries were provided except one towel. Accessibility can be an issue if booking for elders since one has to climb up the stairs in order to reach the hotel. Giving an extra star for the behaviour of the hotel staffs otherwise not a good option for the family.
