Worst of my experiences here.. in the name of complimentary breakfast they will give you two piece of breads with a half cup tea. Rooms were unhygienic, don't go with the pictures. They are fake. No key system you have to leave your room unlocked if you are going out and no proper staff behaviour, if they will come in at anytime without even knocking so you better put the latch from inside.

Went there to attend a ceremony. Ambience is quite nice and location wise, it's quite convenient. With quick access to Faridabad Bypass Road, an apt location for a small gathering. Can't comment on their staying facilities, as I did not stay there.

Room services were really bad The room card wasn't working so everytime i have to call and tell the manager of the hotel to send someone to open my room. The room was dirty and unhygienic . Everytime one took shower the water gets cloaked in the bathroom and the AC were not working. They provide free breakfast anyways and also i want to add they had television in most of their rooms but the television was also not working.

The manager is always rude and mannerless and charging for complimentary breakfast And later arguing for more money. The environment was not safe at night. The staff can be heard abusing to each other. They don't deserve your visit.

They are scammers. The pics which you see in app is not of actual room. The room was promised 154sqmt but it was not even 80sqmt and see the pics I have post. You can get the idea how big was room and they haven't even cleaned this before they let us in. There was leftover food from the previous people. Do not go there. The reception was not helpful either. Oyo customer service was also not helpful either.

So let me summaries the whole trip in pros and cons. CONS: 1. Hygiene - Though the room looked clean and all. The worst part was the matress and the Blanket it was so smelly. If you put you nose even somewhere close to it you will get a concussion. I just want them to dry clean those blankets and mattress. 2. Service - if it was great they could atleast get the room cleaned in the good way. PROS- 1. Location : This townhouse is located at a very good location so no problem with that 2. Connectivity: I used their wifi for whole day it was working great so you can use it for work purposes. If on a business Trip. 3. Out side food allowed: one of the biggest pros.

first off all, on that day we went to lot of oyo rooms and some of them are closed, some are under maintenance and some of them are not booking from oyo app and saying we have already break contract with oyo. But all the above oyo i have mentioned available on app but not physically available. now come to this oyo, there is no management only 1 person is there and saying i will book hotel by cash not by oyo app. But when i argued with him he said you can book by oyo. Then i was trying to make payment and the worst thing was that i was not able to make payment. Even my friends tried but failed to pay. If i will talk about room room below average and there is no lock in washroom, Tv were found broken. For me i can pay little more but i need my stay safe and comfortable. 3-4 years back i used to trust oyo as oyo was maintaining same standard everywhere. Now they already downgrade their level drastically and there is no point to stay. We almost wasted 2-3 hours just to find good oyo room. But unable to find it in Greater kailash,kalkaji and faridabad. At last we found 1 for which i am giving review. Its more than worst. Common Oyo just raise your standard for that you can charge a bit extra. But dont provide this kind of worst service to their customers. This is the reason why no body trust oyo and they are making loss and degrading thier image.

Worst place to stay, never seen a oyo is such a bad shape. Some room have broken windows, some have broken or no tvs, and some even don't have locks. Sticky rooms. A complete no go.
