Rooms are good 😊 and the surrounding environment is good 👍. Beside the Mall park 🏞️ is there , morning and evening time some many people are came.

Earlier I stayed here in 2019 at that moment it was fine but now I check in here yesterday and I have seen a tremendous change as whole staff was changed and services were excellent , let it be a small match stick or services, I can see the efforts of the staff to help the customer . If you visit collection O then please have a word with the owners antriksh and sahil . They are really welcoming and kind hearted that , even when the house keeping weren't there they both helped us with the service . I have stayed for 2 nights and I was satisfied by the services

Place is nice and clean and it's inside a mall so u don't feel like nothing is around. Lift is not working and it is on 3rd floor!! Service is soo poor for eg. Towel was not there in my room and till check out I asked it for 5-6 times but i didn't get.! That was an issue.

WORST experince I ever had. We booked it for my borther's marriage and regretted big time booking it. The staff and the receptionist are illiterate, I'll mannered and behaves like goons (infact sadak chap gundas). Our whole marraige function was spoiled. It is so called AC hall but it was hot, humid and suffocative. Do Not book this for any of ur function "Bahut Majboori ho to ek tent laga lena but ye property book kat krna"

At first I thought , it will be nice , Bt , sorry guys , I had to leave that place as soon as I had founded another one 😔 . Bad rooms , foods is 🤮 , and service is like ,( can uh please slap me for lodging here ) . Bt it's like .. ohhhhh bhai 😝😝😶

Very poor experience... Fooling customers... Stayed there on 14 dec-19. Will never visit.... Stinky rooms, faulty electricity and much more... Pls refrain from booking such hotels

Normally u will found dirty bedsheets with unwanted hairs on it So, if possible bring a bedsheet with u Except this, it's okay
