SPOT ON Hotel Unahb

All the google reviews are genuine on this hotel and all the oyo reviews are fake because all those 5 stars reviews are posted by hotel peoples itself. I booked this hotel and when i reached the hotel they asked me to pay extra and also told me that they won't check in or check out if i don't pay extra money. i giving only one star because i can't give -5 stars on rating bar. They give me faltu excuse like change of policy or whatever. I'll suggest you not to book this hotel even if you pay in advance bcz this hotel is run by some local boys who actually don't understand the basic thing about how to treat your guests. They asked me to wait in waiting area and not allocated any room but when i contact to the customer service then hotel staff declared that waiting area was your allocated room. Seriously!!!! Worst experience ever.

The rating in my oyo account was not given my me, the hotel staff was told to give my phone to check the booking details and he rated his hotel without asking me or without my permission. The rooms are full of wastes and is not at all clean. They changed my room 3times for some silly reasons (for cleaning, not alloted,..) and the biggest scam is there were no keys given to lock the rooms viseversa to open. When I am for my job, they move my luggage from one room to another without my permission. I have put 1/5 on google reviews because of he already rated in oyo. The bathroom are very dirty and nasty. The pipe are rusty and most of them are not working. Please don't put this type of hotels and drunken irresponsible staffs in your application. It may affect your company's reputation. If you need the proof just check the room 302, 307, 306 at spot on 41417 Hotel Unahb.

Not very good rooms. TV is there but not working. Complete waste of money. Neither the staff is hospitable or professional. Plus it is not on the main road. You have to go on muddy streets to reach the hotel and climb straight 3 floors by stairs. No lift etc nothing.

Oyo room these days luk like suffering. When I visited the hotel and called at hotel , he justed denied me saying that night cerfew, but later he offered mein same room by more cash payment

I booked this hotel through OYO and when I reached the hotel at 11 pm they started asking for more money.
