Goldfinch Hotel Delhi NCR

The hotel is good for the value . I went for some work in Faridabad and I needed a hotel nearby. This hotel is good as far as accessibility is concerned. It’s very much accessible from main road and has a car parking outside the hotel. The rooms are good and clean along with washrooms. The house keeping is really good. Room service is good too but food quality and service is average. They can score 5 star if they improve their food and service. Friends told me they have been visiting for many years and their food quality has come down. No photos were taken.

We recently hosted a two-day wedding function at this hotel and the experience was absolutely delightful. The services were exceptional, the food quality was outstanding and the staff was incredibly polite and supportive. Room was having smell of smoke. Shower was not working. Poor response and behaviour from the staff. Rest all things can be adjusted but not the smoke and lack of basic amenities like showe. But the food and restaurant was good. Restaurant was clean enough with good ambience.

We had 3 days corporate Training event in Goldfinch Hotel, Location was good, food quality was nice. staff were cooperative. Some more variety could be added in Menu. rest everything was fine

Okay to stay only stay... The rooms is not luxury, no mat available on the floor .. You can hear the voice from another room, services is also not pleasant The breakfast is very simple having normal test not a ymmuy This hotel situated at outside area , can't visit nearby area .... dificult to get the taxi since outside location The charges of hotel is really higher what they serving

Not worth the money charged, the TV doesn't work and is outdated. Kettle in my room wasn't working. Would have called 3-4 times and went to the front desk in person to request TV repair but no one was sent. Would have expected better services if you are charging 4k-5k for a night. Many times the access card doesn't work. In the photos rooms look good, but in reality they are not worth the money charged. Won't recommend or ever visit again.
