Hotel O Dezzire

I have booked a room in this hotel. I informed on the portal my checking in time to be between 11 pm-12 am. When I reached there no body open the shutter. I also made partial payment and pnr that was generated became in valid. It was working fine before. They have taken partial payments as well. It's a grave security issue as well as we were visiting faridabad for the first time and I had my family with me. Worst night experience that turned out to be a nightmare for me and my family. The water outlets gave electrical shock. The rooms were okay and bathrooms were also just fine but you can't really take a shower because of the electrical shock. The drainage was severely blocked in some of the rooms and the room service was very slow. Had to call at least 3 times to get something done. Would not recommend.

Good hotel at marginal price, hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are little small and One think that I dislike is that breakfast is very bad, they generally purchase '"Paratha and subzi" from local shop nearby and provide it to the guest.

Showed another room but after payment , gave another room , Room was very dirty all pillows bedsheets pullover had stains all over ... geyser was not working... staff misbehaved

Worst management. Rude behavior. Will provide used bedsheets and towels even. Waste of money. And even they will not clean the rooms before Chek in
