Worst. I had confirmed booking, still they denied room. I travelled to reach the hotel, reached at 9pm and they said no room available. Then they offered me same room that was booked online at 3 times the price to be paid in cash. Very pathetic. Oyo customer care could not help, they just wasted 1 hour. So had no option but to pay at 10pm. And then the rooms were really pathetic. Smelling. full of Dirt and smell. There were also small insects around in the room. Also there was gap in the door, so as someone can see from outside at night. Bathroom was so dirty and smelling that I did not use the bathroom full night. There were spiders in bathroom. Lizards in the stairs. All rooms were almost similar. Even a motel would be better. I saw others also complaining. Rooms were smelling and bedsheets were burnt and dirty. Long hairs were also lying around the room. This so called hotel should be banned. All 5 star reviews seems fake and done by the person running the hotel. Kindly like the review so that this goes on top and people are saved from this hotel

Total pathetic service and staff, I booked the hotel in this booking I'd from oyo -QK421417, he is not showing us the room and telling different different rule like - no one can come in and out after 10.30 in my booking there is clearly showing that we can check in time - 12.00 pm 17 sept to 11 am 18sept but receptionist told me that you have leave room only in 4 hours or you have to pay extra cash , no towel available dustbin total fill with other or someone else stuff, after paying 950 rupees I am totally fedup with them

Hotels black berry is good 💯😊 in tha Oyo hotel . good service 💯 staff is very polite. Food is always good 👍🍚🥯🍟🌮🤤😋. Best for me 🤗 trip . thanks so much 👍💕

Earlier there was something else but now building has been mended to an Hotel and makeover is very good. Stands out from distance and easily accessible from Metro and National Highway.

Building is good but approach is Worst kind One have to find the entry point which is in the back of the building !
