Flagship Hotel Royal Residency

Worst hotel, no cleaning on floor table bed, mattress and bed in poor condition, no service is provided for drinking water or others, no water in bathroom even in flush no water, I requested and followed up 4-5 times still they did nothing to address the issue and asked me to manage. This place should not be consider as a hotel also. Zero maintenance zero management zero cleanliness zero hospitality and poor experience This is true review from my side not influenced by anyone. I’m writing in hope that this will help someone to not choose this hotel. For management of this hotel, please do some work on your hotel. Thanks

I guess there can't be a dirtier hotel in the world. It's so dirty. There are torn bed sheets, rats, and cockroaches. It's the first time in my life that I've seen such a dirty hotel.

Less Service to Cost ratio. Poor Hospitality by reception staff. Condition of rooms were very pathetic. Thank god I have checked the rooms before payment and registration. There were stains of tobacco spitting on walls. Moisture and Water Seepage on walls. Totally labour class environment.

Totally worth experience to visit hotel royal residency i am hoping to visit again soon. I really like the behavior of the staff and receptionist mam is very supportive and helpful. Really liked there service. Overall i am 100% satisfied with there complete service and really want to visit again. I also recommend to visit there and spent your precious time with your friends, family, relatives and loved one and the best part it's economical so that everyone can easily afford... thankyou so much🥰🥰😊

Worst hotel I've ever booked. Why the OYO have given flagship tag to this hotel. Walls of the hotel are all dirty, dust everywhere, room are at worst condition. Do not book this hotel for any use case.

Very worst condition of room's you'll experience ant's 🐜 on your bed now assume it. They'll charge you more but no service available.🙂 Paisa barbaad hai bhai total waste koi aur dekhlo. 😑

Very poor... I hv been there they offer a room with a rigid lock... No lock on washroom... Worst part yet to come... there r many ants... And ... They didn't even give a towel or soap shampoo nothing poor service
