Hotel Exotica

Stayed here for 6 months with breaks to home town, Mumbai. Very clean and cozy place to be. Staff is well mannered. Owners ensure personal touch to visitors comfort. Food is delicious.|I would like to note an incident wherein I lost an expensive gold ring in hotel premises and the owners left no stone unturned to find it within a few hours the same day. It was delightful moment. Infact, they were kind to offer me cash compensation incase the ring was not found at all at the hotel.

Sharing my experience after 10 days staying at this property. Property: The property is located in a silent and nice place with good connectivity towards Cyber City and other prime location of the city. Furniture placed in the room are a bit old. House Keeping: House keeping is not at all satisfactory. They don't clean the room property or change pillow/comforter cover unless you ask for it. Bathroom accessories are missing/not filled. Room Service: Room service is satisfactory and average. Staffs are well behaved except the 1 tall guy. Conclusion: Good property for 1-2 days of staying but not recommended for long term stay. Management is not open to feedback and comments. If you share your concerns, they will come up with excuses, instead of fixing it immediately. The person at reception is not helpful and friendly. He doesn't care for customer's concerns.

The placr is really awesome and has a great connectivity to thr city as IFFCO Metro Station is just 0.8 km far. The room service is really nice and they were offering clean bedsheets everyday as well as cleaning the.hotel room on a regular basis. What I didnt like is the food served in the hotel. The oil used was very bad and I had headaches on the days when I had breakfast in the hotel. Hope they improve on it. Else it was a great stay ..

Room was spacious. Hotel has window ACs and installed at floor height i.e. lower window due to which cooling took a hit. Fan was creating lot of noise. At this price, services were not good, food was not good. I would not recommmend this to anyone.

Hotel exotica has an amazing location and view. It is in shushant lok and very close to iffco chowk metro station. It has 2 floors and around 20 rooms. The rooms are decent and have good food. And are served in your room as well.

A good place to stay. 8km from Airport. Few good restaurants nearby but not many. Hotel has their own kitchen. Chicken biryani was ok. Bread omlette was ok. Veg sandwich was ok. Alu paratha was good with a cup full of curd. AC worked well. Fan available in room. Bath was congested but good enough. Hot water available. Room service available. No lift I guess. Had to walk up 2 floors. No car parking in the premises but available a little further. Staff were good and fast service.

I have been staying at Hotel Exotica Sushant Lok-1 which is at a proximity to the Galleria market for the last 10 days and the service has been top-notch. The location is quite peaceful surrounded by the green belt and the rooms are spacious. The Hotel follows all the safety protocols and would recommend Exotica to everyone. Thanks guys for the wonderful experience. I will surely visit this place super soon.
