Very nice location and price is also right. I liked their attitude to trust the traveller's by letting them pay after stay. The rooms are big and good and clean.

Very good hotel, neat and clean, services are excellent. Staff is cooperative. Guddu is brilliant in handling customers. He is very understanding and positive. Location is also nice. Overall a great budget hotel.

Lights don't work properly. Geyser doesn't work properly. The room was not cleaned properly before handover. Very bad experience.

HORRIBLE ROOM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE The room is really bad , the washroom quality is horrible The washroom stinks as well . These people did not inform anything about cancellation beforehand and once you go they will not cancel The customer executive told me that my expectation is "very high" . One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Staff members keep the hotel like a slum and they behave like slum people themselves. Whenever I asked them to do something they always talkback and behave rudely. Please avoid this hotel.

Pathetic staff. I was threatened by night shift receptionist to leave hotel if i dont pay 2000 over and above. Initially they told me to pay 1400 then 1600 and last they asked me to pay 2k in midnight. Being a lady i was bothered by staff just for spendind night because my hostel AC was not working and i have to take shelter nearby hotels. I highly encourage ladies to not go for this hotel chain as they dont have basic ettiquets to talk and respect women. Greedy staff
