OYO 9899 Hotel Palm Tree

Hotel palm tree located in Gurgaon... New delhi... This hotel was amazing we didnt boomed through any mobile apps and all.... We just gone this around 2300 hrs and rooms were available.... Very clean.... Staffs are too good.... Have gym facilities and as compare to the fare per day is very low..... And this also included free buffet breakfast.... Located very close to the shopping malls and they also provide cab services.... Pick up and drop to and from airports... Railway stations and they were also having very good 7 seater cab with honest driver for sight seen and all..... Finally enjoyed a lot.... And really miss them whenever sees the picture/albums / videos.

This hotel is on the way to palm vihar. This hotel is opposite to ANSAL Plaza. Hotel is very nice. Talk about staff all are really helpful. Rooms are really nice. Couple friendly place you can say this. They do have parking facility. Some gym equipments are also their. Not Complete gym. Nice to stay with family couple and friends. Highly recommended As the road's construction is over now. So you will very easy to drive your car to this place. Iut this hotel the also have a little garden along with pani-puri stall.

It was an average room with basic facilities. Some parts of the area was not cleaned properly and garbage was stored there. In addition, most of the time, staff did not listen and they took a lot of time. Moreover, bathroom was not clean initially, it was cleaned up after making several requests. We ordered food from outside. Although atmosphere was peaceful and congenial.

Room service seemed a bit unorganised and unprofessional. Complementary breakfast buffet was OK but the on call food was great. Located on highway, easy to locate, thanks to huge Oyo banner. Surroundings are very dusty because of road construction and unfinished infrastructure (fault of local administration/govt) Ideal for short stays. Overall good budget hotel.

Nice 👍🏻 hotel .First of all i want to start reviewing this hotel from one word NICE ROOM WITH AVERAGE BREAKFAST 🥞. This hotel located adjacent to palam vihar road . Hotel outside view is good nd have a big parking area downstairs to road . Hotel free RO WATER 💧 taste was not good. Nice stay for unmarried couples with a big and awesome washroom within bugget. One main problem in room is in ground floor room because in all this type of rooms windows curtain is transparent which create problem for you when you start fan then curtains will start flowing and windows are become transparent which is not safe for me , you nd everyone mind it .

Nice place cozy stay, the front Desk person is very polite and helpful. The place has restaurant above the hotel, they also provide services for laundry but you will get the clothes washed and ironed next day. Overall good and decent place, if visiting Gurgaon will be surely staying here again.

Careless staff, i spent 2 nights there, 16-17 feb 2018,1st was fine. On second night i heard very loud noise and thumping which started around 11 pm. Some people were boozing and partying in next room. Volume was full (they brought their speakers) and continously they were shouting to a disturbing trance music, we ignored for some time thinking they will stop. we complained to staff at around 12:30 am and they said they will look into it. They music never stopped we complained multiple times. And they danced and hooted till 9:30 am. It was hell. And next morning staff was saying we asked them but some people are there who don't listen.

A budget hotel and great service.. Had a pleasant stay.. Mr Gopal and Mr Sameer are really helpful and cooperative.. had been here for around 10 days.. Decent rooms and good breakfast. Also located in the vicinity of the market place so it's quite comfortable for the travellers to get food delivery instantly..
