Hotel O Vagmi Residency

Very bad experience. Rooms are to dirty. Room service soo bad. Very disappointed. You have to tell all the time for room service but they can't do it. The guy who is sitting in the reception talking my id for 2 day's for no reason. I don't want to give any star for this hotel. If some one wants to go there please change your mind. Room is looking too good in oyo app but in reality is too bad. Bedsheets are not clean. Washroom is stinky. Over all very disappointed experience.

The worst stay I’ve been so far. Total disappointment. First the rooms are not what they have put online. Second washrooms are total mess. Third matrices are dirty as hell blankets are smelly. Service was a total disaster. Food is pathetic as the Raita is damn bittery which took exact 1hour to ready, noodles are full of stones full of crunch too which also took them 1 hour to bring too. Never ever want to go again at this place and request other to not too. Staff is full of ego,non polite and rude saying ,”what do you expect in this much money”. I mean seriously this kind of attitude. Save your money but don’t ever think about to visit here.

It was a very unpleasant stay. The rooms are not clean. The bedsheets, blankets etc which they provided were very dirty. Also their services are very poor. On top of that during our checkout when we left the room and sat in the reception, two guys from the reception went upstairs to check the room. Immediately I realized that I left my watch upstairs but as soon as I reached there, the watch was gone.

We chose this hotel only for its location, near our places of business. There are so many problems in this hotel it is hard to know where to start. ||--first the good-- room service is prompt, hotel staff, front desk helpful, hotel looks good from outside, wifi worked||--now the bad--location--very noisy--some construction nearby made the widow panes rattle for hours, everyday.||--things that never worked--TV, fridge, water heater (sporadic), front desk phone...||--things that looked dirty/dfingy--bed sheets, towels, quilt and pillow covers covers--dingy, shower stall caulking looked like dirt, room service menu looked most tired, torn and dogeared, only one thin pillow gave me pain in the neck||--room service was poor--without paper towel, without enough cutleries or plates, same food was good on some days, poor in others.mostly was so-so.||--there is no dining room. meeting room is dark and dingy.||--there is no lift--too bad for disabled clients||--we just got tired of complaining.

One of the worst place to be. No room service. Broken and leaking faucets, full of weird people occupying rooms on "hourly basis". Rude and illustrate staff. Even the TV doesn't work. They take bookings from oyo but then they convince you to cancel the booking. It's a scam.

Worst experience ....never ever stay there....first when i booked i talked to the person on reception that i will be reaching there at 4 a.m in morning and confirmed about check in . And the guy there confirmed our check in. For our shock when we reached they denied us check in. And asked us to wait till 12 p.m outside the hotel . After a long arguement they finally allowed us to check in after giving them 400 rs extra. The rooms were damn dirty...smelly....bathrooms were smelly like hell...A.C was not working at all..... after requesting them a lot they shifted us to other room....same condition with that too.....AND FINALLY Near about at 1 A.M at night... lights went out.... we were sitting in datk room without lights...fan ..a.c or anythng....after like one hour lights were repaired......and finally we checked out..... Its a request AND A WARNING....please DONT STAY THERE.......

"The Hotel is located in behind arjun marg, it felt like being in home. The hospitality was just amazing its a good place to stay for longer stay. The rooms are cleaned every day the food also good. The cost also normal for such a good service

this is the last booking from my end. I already raised a complaint regarding staff is not cooperative. I don’t whats wrong is going on. As i have checked out the property at 5 pm today. I walked outside and discussing about the rating with my wife and nearby there was a lady standing out she abused me for this and said also “bad guest will rate us bad star”. I can figure out that she is the owner of the property. Very disappointed with this.
